Come join our growing team in Madison! We are looking for full-time and part-time 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift. Pay ranges from $16-$20+/hr based on experience and title + we offer gas stipends to help with the commute to and from work!

We currently provide care to 30 Individuals in the Madison area ranging from West Side to East Side. Best Life Residential provides Individualized care that best suits the needs of each person. Best Life currently provides support to people with intellectual and physical disabilities as well as behavioral and mental health needs. Our Madison homes provide the opportunity to develop interpersonal skills and provide care to a group of excellent Individuals who deeply care and rely on their staff.

Job Overview

Assist with individual’s daily needs including, but not limited to:

  • Following individual’s care plan and documenting behaviors

  • Providing direct personal cares such as feeding, bathing and giving medication

  • Helping with walking, exercise and movement, sometimes with the use of equipment

  • Providing a variety of activities at home and in the community to keep the individual engaged and active

  • Light housekeeping

  • Other activities based on individual’s needs and abilities

Job Highlights

  • Gas money provided for driving to and from work as well as transporting the individual

  • 2nd and 3rd shifts available during the week

  • No caregiving experience or CNA certification required; full on-the-job training provided

Requirements
