Direct Support Caregiver/CNA in McFarland
We are looking to hire for Full-Time and Part-Time 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift for our McFarland home! Pay ranges from $16-$19/hr based on experience and title + we offer gas stipends to help with the commute to and from work!
You would be supporting two young ladies who live together in a brand new 2 bedroom apartment. Both whom love to get out in the community to go on outings such as grocery shopping, the zoo, movies, and bowling! Both ladies have physical impairments that require staff to be hands and patient. Both ladies are extremely social and would love to have staff that like to laugh with them and have fun!
Job Overview
Assist with individual’s daily needs including, but not limited to:
Following individual’s care plan and documenting behaviors
Providing direct personal cares such as feeding, bathing and giving medication
Helping with walking, exercise and movement, sometimes with the use of equipment
Providing a variety of activities at home and in the community to keep the individual engaged and active
Light housekeeping
Other activities based on individual’s needs and abilities
Job Highlights
$15-$19 per hour
Gas money provided for driving to and from work as well as transporting the individual
Part-time and full-time hours available
2nd and 3rd shifts available during the week
1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts available on weekends
No caregiving experience or CNA certification required; full on-the-job training provided
